Apoballis Acuminataissima

 Also known as 'Red Sword' the Apoballis Acuminataissima belongs to the genus Apoballis within the Araceae (arum) family. With sage green almost grey dappled leaves and purple undersides, this plant really stands out.  It looks like a calathea but they are not the same genus. 

Keep in bright indirect light and water once the top soil is dry, never allowing it to dry out completely. water by standing in water overnight, then draining and placing back in its cover pot.
