Ceropegia Woodii (String of Hearts)
This is the ever popular 'String of Hearts' which are easy to care for The Ceropegia woodii is not truly a succulent, but it does store water in its stems and plant care is similar to that of a succulent. Water when the top inch of the soil is dry and they prefer drinking from the bottom up so sit them in a dish of water for a few hours. They do need light on top of the pot to encourage growth. Don't be scared to cut them back when they get too long which encourages new shoots.
A Bright room will suit this trailing plant really well.
