Oxalis Triangularis

The Oxalis is a delicate looking plant grown from small tubers, which is surprisingly hardy. It is highly photophilic, which means it will open and close its leaves in response to light. They also produce delicate lilac flowers.

During the growing period water every 2 weeks or so providing they are getting good  bright light, allowing soil to dry out halfway down between watering.  Place in a bright spot and it can tolerate a couple of hours of direct sun a day. These pants sometimes have a dormant period, when you should cease watering until new shoots come through.
